Estero, Fla.—The Florida Jr. Blades are proud to announce the return of Kamden Benedict. Benedict returns to the team after completing the
2013-14 season with the Jr. Blades.
The 6-foot forward adds size and experience to the Jr. Blades line up.
“Benedict has matured as a player and a person from his first season with the team,” said head coach Todd Pococke. “We’re excited to see where this season takes him as far as scoring and development are concerned. I honestly believe he is on the edge of a breakout season.”
The breakout season comes on the heels of a national championship run.
“Last year was an awesome experience that taught me a lot about hockey and what it takes to step to the next level,” said Benedict. “Our team bonded and had a lot of success. This year we will continue to work to making it back to nationals and have a deeper run at the championship.”
The Jr. Blades start their
2014-15 with a home and home series with the Tampa Bay Juniors on September 27-28. For more information visit
